I’m Jenn Jensen—a self-proclaimed (and admittedly sometimes cheesy) personal development junkie. In this space, I share the transformative power of EFT tapping to help you live a life you truly love–one where you thrive with confidence, authenticity, and purpose. (I told you I was cheesy.)
Tapping has brought profound change to my life in ways I never imagined, and now I feel compelled to share it with you.
I know firsthand what it’s like to carry the weight of unresolved grief and trauma. Decades ago, I lost a child, and though years passed, the pain lingered. Through tapping, I was able to gently release that grief, find peace with the tragedy, and open my heart to healing.
The same technique supported me through betrayal trauma, helping me process emotional wounds that once felt overwhelming.
Tapping has also helped me break free from smoking, fill a well of self-doubt from childhood bullying, and today, I still rely on it to manage ADHD, handle stress, and stay grounded through life’s ups and downs.
It’s like an anchor, always there to bring me back to center.
With each session, you’re taking steps to turn your blues into breakthroughs, one tap at a time.
Sometimes the progress feels like a leap forward, other times a gentle nudge. Either way, tapping can help guide you toward the life you want to live.
